- PHILIPPE BAUDELOCQUE -
French artist Philippe Baudelocque always performs his works on black walls, which highlights his chalk drawing. His characteristic is in the use of geometric shapes to make animal portraits that reveal their complexity when we look closer. Mixture of curves, horizontal and vertical lines, we can also see constellations and many other geometric patterns. All these patterns create shapes, shades of gray and white, which once assembled and distributed cleverly form the portrait of a giraffe, a frog or an owl. A meeting between the animal and geometric universe successful !
