GRAFFITI & STREET ART
- PURE EVIL -
Pure Evil, whose real name is Charley Edwards is a British urban artist whose approach and the work is similar to artists such as Banksy and Blek le Rat. His work is also in line with one of his ancestors, Sir Thomas Moore, known for being the author of "Utopia" (early 16th century), a critique of England of his time.
Pure Evil's work is marked by a dark vision of the society with a strong interest for the Apocalypse and conflicts. Using dark colors, red and grey, he paints on the walls of many cities a strange little "vampire" rabbit who has fangs. Still little known in France, here are some interventions of Pure Evil discovered in Paris, in Montmartre and behind Beaubourg.
